My name is Simon Thelin and I’m from Sweden, currently living in London. I specialise in DataOps and have a strong track record of transforming how companies handle data, both technically and in terms of mindset. I have mainly worked with small startups, but also with large organisations, including the automotive industry where I focused on fleet management technology. I have experience in retail, mobile games, sports data, and consulting, logistic data in supply chains.

I have led small teams with big impact, improved project delivery times and quality through mentorship and guidance to address complex business challenges. I have also collaborated with other teams to teach them about new technologies.

In addition to my technical role, I have taken on product management responsibilities to deliver end-to-end data products. I have pushed team members and companies to expand their skill sets, including areas like infrastructure as code, end-to-end architecture sessions, and the importance of having diverse skills to successfully deliver data projects.
